A prominent global manufacturer specializes in high-integrity forgings for demanding applications across various industries. With a rich heritage spanning over 100 years, they operate multiple manufacturing sites in the USA and UK.
The company serves a diverse range of sectors, including aerospace, defence, space, energy, mining, and off-highway markets. They produce a variety of components such as shafts, rings, discs, asymmetric forgings, and extruded cylinders using advanced alloys like titanium, nickel, aluminium, copper, and steel. Known for their unique forging capabilities and commitment to quality, they are a trusted partner in the engineering industry.
Electroserv Involvement
At one of the UK sites, Electroserv was tasked with replacing 16 existing current chart recorders with like-for-like, but more up-to-date alternatives, ensuring no functionality was lost and the installations adhered to applicable safety and performance standards. Our services included:
