In 2022 we opened a flagship calibration facility and service hub, located in Bramley, near Basingstoke that enables our team to serve customers in the south of the UK more effectively.

Comprising of a wet flow calibration rig, coupled with pressure and temperature calibration capabilities as well as office and meeting facilities, the state-of-the-art facility ensures compliance with marginal process interruption for our customers.

We’re proud to say that our flagship calibration rig is the most accurate in the UK and offers a vast range of flow sizes and rates.

We have 24/7 dedicated flow calibration facilities in Manchester and Basingstoke.

Having two locations means our expertise is always close to our customers and disruption to processes is minimised. 

Calibration Laboratory Capabilities

Calibration proves the accuracy of the measuring device and accurate measuring devices improve product quality. Our dedicated calibration laboratory is capable of accommodating:  

  • Flowmeter sizes up to 3-inch diameter  
  • Flow rates from 0.001m3/hr to 80m3/hr 
  • Measurement uncertainty of ±0.1% o.r. 
  • Pressure ranges from -1bar to 100bar 
  • Temperature ranges from -30°C to 1600°C 
  • Certificate of calibration supplied via paper or free of charge portal
