Role Overview

This position sits within the Finance and Administration department and will share planning responsibility with the Service Business Controller. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with good organisational skills and the ability to learn and grow within our business. If you are good at planning and are a logical thinker, then this could be the job for you.

You will use our scheduling system and technology to effectively plan engineers’ day to day work schedules, taking pride in delivering a first-class experience to our customers in a concise, timely and efficient manner. You must be able to respond to short notice changes in the plan and be able to modify this with minimum impact to its overall integrity.

The Ideal Candidate

Those who have worked as an engineer scheduler, service coordinator or admin coordinator within a similar industry will be preferred. However, we are willing to speak with candidates who are organised with a desire in ‘getting it right’ and willingness to learn a basic technical understanding of the services the company provides.

Knowledge and Experience

In house training will be provided.

Job type: Full time, Office Based, Monday-Friday.
