Q: What made you choose to do an apprenticeship with Electroserv?

A: I chose to do an apprenticeship with Electroserv as it is a great way to learn practical skills in the workplace and gain experience in a specific field whilst also gaining a qualification in administration. I’m gaining a lot of administrative skills along the way and it has also given me the opportunity to gain as much knowledge about the company as possible.

Q: What have you been doing in your apprenticeship so far?

A: So far in my apprenticeship I have been completing many administrative tasks including processing both sales/purchase orders from customers for both jobs for the engineers and selling the companies goods/services to customers bringing products in from suppliers and distributing them out to customers. I have also been involved in processing purchase invoices and sales invoices putting them onto the finance system called Sage.
