Electroserv EHS project engineer Mike Scullion has won a recognition award in the Putting People First & Work Together category, from our food and beverage customer Cargill, at their annual Recognition Awards.
Each year Cargill holds an awards ceremony to celebrate their staff members and contractors whose impact has shined above.
Mike was nominated for the award by Gary Cotter, a project manager, at Cargill, for his passion and attention to detail. Gary said: “Mike manages contractors in a respectful and engaging way, and this is reflected in his day-to-day work. His high level of commitment, his detailed planning, and him working weekends and long days when required during shutdown was key in the execution of an accident-free major shutdown.”
Jason McIntosh, Technical Director at Electroserv, said: “Mike is an extremely well valued member of the team and is excellent at his job. Mike winning this award is testament to the dedication he shows in his role. Well done Mike.”
This year the Cargill awards ceremony took place at Media City in Manchester on Thursday 16th May. Commenting on his win, Mike said: “I’m really grateful for this award. I work alongside a great team so the nomination from one of my colleagues makes the award feel very special.”
