Installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging facility at a food manufacturer at Trafford Park.
OBJECTIVES
The opportunity arose to approve/fund the installation of the EV Charging Facility on our client’s site and thus displaying to employees, contractors and visitors that the site management are aware of the impending changes, and it will hopefully provide impetus to those people who are currently thinking about changing to an EV.
PROJECT OUTLINE
12 weeks to install EV Charging Facility on client car park including funding approval. Electroserv worked with Civil Engineers, Electrical Contractors and the EV Charging manufacturer and a budget of £35k.
CONCLUSION
A well constructed and thought out project with good collaboration between the engineering department, the civils and electrical contractors and the supplier/manufacturer of the EV charging equipment.
